Muhammad Aslam Minhas

(20.08.1932 - 08.08.1994)
  M.A. in fine arts from Punjab University, 1961. Taught painting at Government College, Lahore 1962-1994. His works figure in the collection of University of the Punjab and private collections.

One of the twelve and busiest gates of the Old City, the Lohari has been a favorite with painters because of its monumentality, relatively good condition and its potential for a good composition.
